I, hereby authorize THE TRAVEL GURU INC to collect and process my personal data and documents for the application of my visa.

I acknowledge that in the absence of negligence on the part of THE TRAVEL GURU INC, I cannot hold them liable for any errors, loss, theft, or damage to my personal data and documents.

I understand and authorize THE TRAVEL GURU INC to:

  1. Reproduce my personal data and documents as required by the embassy, depending on the number of copies needed.
  2. Employ and/or authorize third-party companies and/or individuals, if necessary, to facilitate the service.

I further authorize THE TRAVEL GURU INC to retain a copy of my personal data and documents until my visa application has been completed.

It has been explained to me that THE TRAVEL GURU INC will not retain copies of my personal data and documents once the application has been finalized, in order to respect my privacy.

I understand that THE TRAVEL GURU INC does not guarantee visa approval. Processing for visa may take 3 to 6 months, depending on the embassy. And this period may include document verification, appointment scheduling, and any unexpected delays in the embassy. I agree that I will not hold THE TRAVEL GURU INC liable for any delays or denials in the visa application process.

I acknowledge that there might be delays in processing, and I understand that I cannot retrieve my passport or documents once the application has been submitted even if I have a scheduled or urgent travel. Therefore, I accept that THE TRAVEL GURU INC is not liable for any penalties or additional costs incurred in case I need to reschedule my trip while my application is still in process.
